Every Little Tip Helps: Missing The Foods You Love
I have been in the mood for fruit lately so a couple weeks ago, there were fresh grapes in the house that no one was eating. I started chewing them really well then spitting them out. Since there are so many things that I cannot eat because of blockages (from too much personal experience) and just general discomfort, I’m trying to figure out other ways of tasting the foods I love.
I know to some of you reading this, it may sound gross and/or bordering on an eating disorder behavior, but it is a way that I can enjoy a food I otherwise couldn’t go near. (This is rare btw; would get expensive!)
I know it’s not the norm, or even a healthy habit to get into, but every once and a while if you’re really craving something you know will wreck havoc on your insides, try doing this.
